1. The service
TapKoin (“we”, “the platform”) lets you complete app tasks, surveys, quizzes and number captchas, earn reward points called TapKoins (TPK), invite friends and request payouts in USDT on the network you choose (TRC-20 on TRON, ERC-20 on Ethereum, BEP-20, Polygon or Arbitrum). By creating an account you accept these terms and the privacy policy and payout policy, which are part of them.
2. Your account
- One account per person. You may not create or control more than one account, share accounts, or use another person's account. Household members need their own devices.
- You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live) and provide an email address you control.
- Keep your password private. Actions taken with your login are yours.
- You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
3. Honest completion
You agree to complete tasks exactly as described and only once per person unless the task allows more. In particular you will not:
- submit screenshots or text that are edited, reused, bought or belong to someone else;
- use emulators, VPNs, automation, click farms or proxies to claim or complete tasks where the task forbids them;
- install through links other than the one TapKoin gives you, or uninstall immediately to game a partner's rules;
- refer yourself, pay people to sign up, or promise income to recruit referrals;
- attack, scrape or overload the platform or other members.
Quiz and captcha: AI, bots and speed
The quiz and the number captcha are for you to solve yourself. Using AI tools, bots, scripts or any other service to read or answer them for you breaks these terms. We record how long each answer takes and watch for answers that are too fast or too evenly timed for a person. When that happens your account is slowed down automatically: a short pause, then a minimum wait between questions or captchas for the next 24 hours. If we detect AI or automation being used to get around our checks, we may block the account under section 6 and remove the TapKoins earned that way.
4. TapKoins
TapKoins are reward points. They are not money, deposits, securities or an investment, and they have no cash value until a withdrawal is approved and paid. The exchange rate to USD is set by TapKoin, shown on your wallet page, and may change. TapKoins cannot be transferred between accounts, sold, or exchanged outside the platform. Newly credited TapKoins are held for the period shown on the wallet before they can be withdrawn.
5. Approval, holds and reversals
A task is credited only when the partner confirms the result or an admin approves your proof. We may reject a claim without credit when the proof does not match the task. Where a partner later reverses a completion (for example an install they classify as invalid), we may reverse the corresponding TapKoins, including from your available balance. Checker notes explain decisions; decisions are made in good faith and are final.
6. Fraud = forfeit
If we determine that an account has broken section 2 or 3, we may void its claims and referrals, cancel pending withdrawals, remove its TapKoins and close the account, together with any linked accounts. We may also refuse payment to wallet addresses associated with fraud. We do this to keep the platform funded for honest members.
7. Withdrawals
Withdrawals follow the payout policy: verified email, an approved identity check with a government-issued ID before the first withdrawal, a payout address set in advance, the minimum amount, an email confirmation, and a check by a person. Payments are sent to the address on your account at the time of the request; transactions on TRON cannot be reversed, so verify the address. We are not responsible for funds sent to an address you entered incorrectly or to an exchange that does not support USDT TRC-20.
7a. Publishers
Publisher accounts are separate from worker accounts: a publisher account funds and posts tasks and cannot claim tasks, earn or withdraw TapKoins, and a worker account cannot post tasks. Publisher balances are prepaid rewards for workers, not deposits held for the publisher: they are credited in TapKoins at the platform rate when a USDT payment is confirmed, reserved per worker claim, paid to the worker on approval, and returned to the balance when a claim is rejected, cancelled or expires. Publishers accept the publisher guidelines, must only post tasks for apps or services they control or represent, and must check proofs honestly and within the time shown in the dashboard; unanswered proofs are approved automatically. TapKoin may pause or end tasks, reject or suspend publisher accounts, and in cases of fraud or harm to workers apply the remaining balance to the affected claims. Unused balance can be returned on request to the sending address minus network fees.
8. Taxes
Whatever you receive through TapKoin may be taxable where you live. Reporting and paying any tax is your responsibility. We do not withhold taxes or provide tax advice.
9. Service availability
We aim to keep the platform available but do not guarantee it. Tasks come from third parties and may be paused, changed or removed at any time; a task that disappears while you are working on it does not create a right to payment unless the partner confirms it. We may change rates, caps, minimums and features, and will show the current values in the app. We may suspend the service for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.
10. No income promise
TapKoin is a way to earn small rewards in spare minutes. Nothing on the platform, in our emails or in any member's promotion is a promise of income. If someone tells you otherwise, they are not speaking for us.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, TapKoin is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for third-party apps or surveys and their content, or for network fees and delays on TRON. Our total liability to you is limited to the USD value of your approved, unpaid withdrawals at the time of the claim.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the effective date at the top changes when we do, and material changes are shown in the site notice. Continuing to use TapKoin after a change means you accept it. Questions go to the address on the contact page.
